Zwag Folks accepts returns & exchanges within 48 hours from the time your item was delivered.
To return/exchange your product please initiate a return on our Instagram page by sending us a DM @zwagcollection within 48 hours.
Once your return/exchange request is accepted, we will align the courier to pick up the same.
Zwag Folks is not responsible for lost or damaged packages when the product is shipped back to us for return/exchange.
Exchange will be valid only for similar/higher price items.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES/
Returns / Exchanges will be given up to 48 hrs from when the product was delivered. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order before finalizing your purchase.
In order to return an item, you must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be in an unused, unworn, and resell-able condition.
- The item must be returned with its original packing.
- Any return/exchange will be charged Rs 250 for the courier expense.
In the unlikely event that you receive an empty parcel or a missing product, we would request you to reach out to our customer support team for assistance within 24 hours of the package being delivered. We will be requiring a 360-degree unpacking video of the parcel for us to process the request further. Please note that insufficient evidence or visible signs of tampering with the packet may result in your claim not being honoured. In all such cases, Zwag Folks reserves the right to take the final decision.
